Description

The School Nurse Graduate Certificate program is a fully online 10 credit hour certificate that meets the Illinois State Board of Education certified Professional Educator License (PEL) and certified school nurse requirements. The certificate is a post-baccalaureate program open to school nurses with an unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse license, 2 years of relevant nursing experience, and either an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a BSN degree from a program accredited by the Commission for Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
