DescriptionThe organizational leadership sequence helps students develop those skills and aptitudes necessary for success and leadership positions in business and not-for-profit organizations in the 21st century. The development of one's skills working with people and groups as well as decision making is at the focus of this program of study. Since the sequence focuses on these people skills and decision-making abilities, it is applicable to a wide or general range of companies and managers.
